Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Guest
Although there are many spas around the world, each offering a unique experience, they are all devoted to enhancing overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage the renewal of mind, body and spirit.
As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:
Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns.
Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.
Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.
Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.
As a spa guest, you have the right to:
A clean, safe and comfortable environment.
Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.
Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.
Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.
Ask questions about your spa experience.
To Better Serve You
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please plan on arriving at the spa 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your service. This will allow ample time for you to check in, and relax before your first service.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify the Spa Director within three days of your appointment.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. We sincerely appreciate your generosity.
Late Arrival for Appointment
If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.
NO SHOW POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No-Show Fee will apply. As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show
fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa reservations are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask, that you notify us 24 hours in advance if not able to keep your appointment. No show appointments will be charged at 50% value. CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ONLINE RESERVATIONS. A member of our staff will contact you within 24 hours to obtain the credit card number. If we are not able to obtain that information, the appointment will be deleted. Thank you for understanding and respecting our staff.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Please notify your therapist if you have allergies, physical disabilities, skin conditions, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns. Therapies involving heat are not recommended for pregnant women. However, moms-to-be are welcome to enjoy all other therapies.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
Returns
There are no returns on services.
Unopened products will receive a store credit if returned within 10 days.
No returns on opened products.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold as dollar amount values. Since products and service prices are subject to change at any time, we only put on dollar amounts on our gift cards.
Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 14 or older to receive Spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Children under 12 may receive Salon services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Food/Beverages
Please be advised that no outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Spa. Water, Coffee, and Tea are provided for you to enjoy before and after your service(s). We have a catering menu for you to choose from should you wish to have refreshments. Please arrange catering at least 1 week in advance.
Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking
We are a smoke, drug, and alcohol-free facility. The following are strictly prohibited: Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
We reserve the right to refuse the admission of or eject those who are under the influence or who have any condition that poses a threat to the health or safety of themselves and/or others.
No Disruptive Cell Phones & Noise
Be respectful of our relaxation areas. Refrain from loud conversations and/or noises.
Excessive use of cell phones, including speakers and speaker phones will not be tolerated.
Creating excessive noise or an otherwise disruptive environment will result in being asked to leave.

We take Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay as forms of payment.
